My approach is relaxed, heartfelt, and unrushed, giving you space to simply be together while I preserve the love, laughter, connection, and little in-between moments that tell the story of this season of your life.
Why I Photograph?
We can't stop time, but photographs give us a way to return to it.
I know how quickly the busy years pass. I raised five children in a household that was rarely quiet, while farming, working, and trying to keep up with everything life brought our way. There was never really a “perfect” time to stop and take the photograph.
Looking back has taught me that it wasn't the perfectly planned moments that mattered most. It was the everyday ones — the laughter around the table, little hands, muddy boots by the door, the chaos, the milestones, and simply having everyone together.
That's why I photograph.
Not to create perfection, but to preserve a little piece of life as it is right now — the people you love, the connections between you, and the season you're in.
