Hi, my name Ilse Van Loon!

Five years ago I received a camera for Christmas and started taking photography classes. My journey to capture the perfect picture is a work in progress. And I enjoy every second of it.

I am a mother to 5 wonderful adult children who have all spread their wings. But luckily still circle around the farm quite often. My husband and best friend of 35 years, sometimes shakes his head but lovingly puts up with all my crazy ideas! We own and operate a mixed farming operation in Tiger Lily, NW of Edmonton.

I was not raised on a farm but I am now rocking the "gopher" job!

I am an awful gardener!

I love food, and photographing it!

I am always up for trying new things and learning new skills!
